Live boldly, laugh and make art

cry out to Jesus

my heart is broken

the world is falling on me

burdens

pain

cry out to Jesus

grace

hope

mercy

healing

forgiveness

reach out

meet me Jesus

When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears
and delivers them out of all their troubles.
Psalm 34:17 ESV

———————-

I wrote the short poem last night, when I didn’t have any words for complete sentences. I sat at my computer, put in my headphones and listened to the song. And I cried. I sobbed. Crying out to Jesus.

This morning, the full sentences have come back. Jesus met me where I was.

I don’t know everything. But there is one thing I am sure of. Jesus will meet you wherever you are. He offers grace, hope, mercy, and healing. Jesus will meet you. Jesus met me last night.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart
And do not lean on your own understanding.

In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He will make your paths straight.

Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust Jesus with all your heart.

Please tell me in the comments, or email me: [email protected], and I will pray for you. Pray for hope, grace, mercy and healing.

You are so loved, especially by your Father who sees your tears and knows your name. Bless you, sister.

  • I’m praying for you, Pamela. This is the verse that God laid on my heart just now as I read your post. Hope it encourages you today.

“Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” (1 Peter 5:6-7 KJV)

  • It’s true. Christ meets us where we are. The problem most people have is they don’t want to leave who they are or what they have behind in order to meet Him (true repentance).
